With the Research and Development Centers project, Agricultiva aims to solve the insufficient and inefficient food production due to lack of skills amongst the agro-livestock sector workforce, smallholders and entrepreneurs.

This is partially due to the lack of skills amongst the agro-livestock sector workforce, smallholders and entrepreneurs. In order to solve this, Agricultiva is committed to build and equip investigation centres as well as to allow farmers capacity building opportunities.

As an intended result, Agricultiva impacts R&D projects in Angola is to enhance the capacities of Angolan food producers to supply the populations with sufficient, quality and nutritional valued food produce.

Up to this date, 9 Research Centers were equipped in 7 provinces, 6 were rehabilitated and 3 were built by Agricultiva. All of the 18 provincial veterinary laboratories are supported with advanced training for lab technicians through 18 training courses provided.
