Community radio stations: reaching remote populations

New Cognito aims to solve the problem of lack of access to information of local and national content restricted by insufficient coverage of radio broadcast signal in wide areas of Angola and the lack of local radio stations.

From this problem, New Cognito's activities comprised: building of radio stations with retransmission antennas and local production studios, equiping assemblying and installing technical materials and training of technical staff.

These activities are leading to New Cognito to its indented impact that is to promote a more inclusive and geographically balanced development though greater access to information.
