- Rehabilitation and expansion of a regional public hospital in Kwanza Sul province from 5,000 to 9,000 sqm
- Population served: more than 250.000 people from Cela and neighbour municipalities
- Internment capacity expansion from 80 to 200 beds
- Full equipment provided to infirmaries, maternity, emergency service, operating rooms, labour delivery rooms, laboratory, kitchen, oxygen production centre, other hospital facilities and administrative services
- 100% increase in number of internments per year since rehabilitation –5448 in the first semester 2017
- 150% increase in number of patients seen in hospital per year since rehabilitation – 2496 external consultations in the first semester 2017
- 100% prevention of mother-to-child transmission among HIV positive pregnant women assisted
