Employment and empowerment facts in gender issues

95% of people  working in the production line, marketing and sales and in other key areas in the company are women.   

100% of women staff are enjoying better economic status in their community

15 women employed in the factory and at Gamila Secret’s house store. 

2.500 women per year are participating in lectures about women empowerment and entrepreneurship given by Gamila Riar at Gamila Secrets factory in Israel.

Participation of Gamila Secrets in Jasmine committees (Jasmine is an Israeli not-for-profit organization, run by women aiming the promotion of women’s economic development across Israel).

Marketing course offered to 15 staff members and entrepreneurs women from Galilee region 

13,000 US$ in grants offered to non-profit organizations to ensure scholarships opportunities for women's students

Donation of 1.500 US$ in grants for students to participate in the Robotic International Competition " First Lego League". California, USA.
